Denpasar – Kodam IX/Udayana held a thanksgiving event for the 77th anniversary of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana with the theme “Building Quality Family and Young Generation Towards Advanced Indonesia”, held at Udayana Hall Makodam IX/Udayana, Denpasar, on Monday (10/4/ 2023).
As supervisor of Persit KCK PD IX/Udayana, Pangdam IX/Udayana Major General TNI Sonny Aprianto, S.E., M.M., in his remarks read by Kasdam IX/Udayana Brigadier General TNI Sachono, S.H., M.Sc., wishing “Happy Birthday” to all Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Members.
“Hopefully, entering its 77th year, Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana will be more mature and optimal in supporting the implementation of the duties of the Indonesian Army. Take advantage of this anniversary momentum as a means of self-introspection on the various activities that have been carried out over the past year,” said the Pangdam.
The Military Commander further said that the successes achieved by Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana so far should be maintained and developed in order to increase better service in the future.
“It needs to be realized together, that the main role of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana members is as a husband’s companion, providing moral encouragement to husbands who work as Indonesian Army Soldiers wherever they are and on duty. Apart from that, Persit must also be able to be a housewife in raising children and as part of the community,” explained Pangdam.
The Military Commander hopes that Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana will be good at managing time. The important and fundamental thing that needs attention in order to create a healthy, harmonious and successful family is by fostering a sense of togetherness both within the organization and in the family.
“Avoid polemics that can affect relations between Persit members and cultivate to always think forward and positively. Take advantage of opportunities that are increasingly open by increasing the quality and quantity of activities in social missions,” said the Pangdam.
Regarding the theme of commemorating Persit’s anniversary, the Military Commander hopes that this momentum will be used as inspiration and motivation in building togetherness, realizing social care and building healthy and prosperous families. Then, coinciding with the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Military Commander also conveyed congratulations on fasting for Muslims.
At the event, the Head of Persit KCK PD IX/Udayana Ny. Dinni Sonny Aprianto gave compassion to the Warakawuri women, also pinned 8 Years, 16 Years and 24 Years of Service Badges to Persit Management and members, and gave awards to Persit who excelled.
The peak of the 77th anniversary celebration of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana was marked by cutting the tumpeng by the Chairperson of Persit KCK PD IX/Udayana Ny. Dinni Sonny Aprianto accompanied by Deputy Head of Persit KCK Region IX/Udayana. The whole series of activities which took place simply and full of intimacy was closed with a group photo event.
